The drying system for high-speed preform injection moulding is tailor-made for mass preform production. Compared with conventional PET drying systems, it has significant advantages in process adaptability, stable operation, energy saving and high efficiency, interconnection and intelligence, and fully matches the requirements of high-speed preform injection moulding with high cavity number and high injection speed.
1. **干燥品質,保障瓶胚成型
系統(tǒng)將切片含水率穩(wěn)定降至≤20ppm,結晶度精準控制在 25%~35%,徹底避免 PET 水解降解,瓶胚無發(fā)白、氣泡、霧斑等缺陷,力學性能達標,后續(xù)吹瓶良率提升至 99.5% 以上。
The system stably reduces the chip moisture content to ≤20ppm, accurately controls the crystallinity at 25%~35%, completely avoids PET hydrolysis and degradation, the preforms have no defects such as whitening, bubbles and foggy spots, the mechanical properties meet the standard, and the yield of subsequent bottle blowing is increased to more than 99.5%.
2. 集成化設計,適配車間狹小空間
三機一體集成式系統(tǒng)將預結晶、干燥、輸送集成一體,占地僅 1~3㎡,相比分體式節(jié)省 60% 以上空間,適配瓶胚生產線注塑機密集排列的車間布局,安裝便捷、管線少。
The three-in-one integrated system integrates pre-crystallization, drying and conveying into one body, covering an area of only 1~3㎡, saving more than 60% of space compared with the split type, adapting to the workshop layout with dense arrangement of injection moulding machines in the preform production line, and featuring convenient installation and few pipelines.
3. 全程密閉防吸濕,無二次污染
從原料上料到成品送注塑機,切片全程在密閉環(huán)境中運行,鎖氣閥、保溫料斗、密閉輸送機徹底隔絕環(huán)境濕空氣,無二次吸濕,同時雙級過濾保證熱風潔凈,切片無粉塵污染,滿足食品醫(yī)藥級瓶胚要求。
From raw material feeding to finished products sent to the injection moulding machine, the chips run in a closed environment throughout the process. The air lock valve, thermal insulation hopper and airtight conveyor completely isolate the ambient humid air without secondary moisture absorption. At the same time, double-stage filtration ensures clean hot air and no dust pollution of the chips, meeting the requirements of food and pharmaceutical grade preforms.
4. 與注塑機深度聯(lián)動,匹配高速節(jié)拍
系統(tǒng)與瓶胚注塑機、模具除露機構成整線工藝聯(lián)動,可根據注塑機的開模 / 合模信號、產能需求自動調節(jié)供料速度和干燥參數,實現(xiàn)無間斷供料,完全匹配 3~5s 的單模周期,保障生產線 24h 連續(xù)運行。
The system forms whole line process interconnection with the preform injection moulding machine and mould dehumidifier, and can automatically adjust the feeding speed and drying parameters according to the mould opening/closing signal and capacity demand of the injection moulding machine, realizing uninterrupted feeding, fully matching the 3~5s single mould cycle, and ensuring the 24h continuous operation of the production line.
5. 多重節(jié)能設計,降低生產升本
系統(tǒng)采用變頻風機、余熱回收、閉環(huán)熱風循環(huán)、注塑聯(lián)動供料等節(jié)能設計,相比常規(guī)干燥系統(tǒng)能耗降低 30%~50%;同時分子篩吸附劑使用壽命達 1~2 年,易損件更換周期長,維護成本低。
The system adopts energy-saving designs such as frequency conversion fan, waste heat recovery, closed-loop hot air cycle and injection interconnection feeding, reducing energy consumption by 30%~50% compared with conventional drying systems; at the same time, the service life of the molecular sieve adsorbent is 1~2 years, the replacement cycle of wearing parts is long, and the maintenance cost is low.
6. 智能精準控溫,操作維護便捷
工業(yè)級 PLC + 觸摸屏實現(xiàn)參數可視化、配方化管理,無需專業(yè)技術人員,操作人員可一鍵切換不同腔數模具的工藝參數;設備自帶故障診斷、報警功能,日常維護僅需定期清理過濾器、校準傳感器,操作門檻低。
The industrial PLC + touch screen realizes parameter visualization and formula management, no professional technicians are needed, and the operator can switch the process parameters of moulds with different cavity numbers with one key; the equipment has its own fault diagnosis and alarm functions, and daily maintenance only needs to clean the filter and calibrate the sensor regularly, with a low operation threshold.
